Project Management
Hurland’s project management experience has been established through continuing education and applied field and office experience. Management works directly with clients when the project is initiated to determine all project prerequisites. Once these project particulars are determined the first step that Management takes is to establish the scope and key factors of the project. Typical project constraints could be scale of the project, environmental and or wildlife concerns, possible risks or objections, time and budget. Once these constraints are determined, we formulate a job specific project plan to meet the unique goals and objectives.
Once the job specific project plan has been established, a Project Manager is assigned to coordinate with the project proponent. The Project Manager will communicate the detailed plan with all Land Agents, Consultation Agents and Administration. The Project Manager will oversee the project, assign individual responsibilities, define expectations, monitor all team members and communicate all concerns and status updates to the client.
